Since 1987, Pan-Com has emphasized a high level of customer service in serving the commercial real estate industry in southern Colorado. As a result, our clients come back for assistance with their decision-making, risk management, planning, and implementation.

In recent years the need for our construction management services has grown dramatically. This is in response to the design/build construction approach. WIth architects and contractors working together, there is no one to represent the owner's interests. We serve as the owner's rep as well as quality control specialists for projects.

In real estate transactions, we offer far more services than traditional brokers. Our purpose is to make sure the deal is right for clients -- not to make sure the deal is done. When the deal is right, we have the perseverance to make it happen.
Our forte is financial and economic modeling for risk management and to enhance understanding of facts, assumptions, criteria, and constraints for effective decision-making. We are the perfect firm to assist with acquisition and leasing due diligence and negotiations.
